A wonderful occasion at a fantastic location !
It didn’t disappoint….stunning dresses, beautiful make-up and lovely hair.
The task was simple; photograph students and guests arriving, the awards ceremony and then using my white backdrop do some portrait photography of guests.
The Queens Hotel at Leeds is an incredible building in the Art Décor style; the event was set in the main ballroom, an amazing space that definitely did justice to the occasion.
The awards ceremony was a busy time for me. There were students arriving on stage from both sides to receive their certificates…….tricky but fun and manageable!
The MD of Rudding Park Hotel, Peter Banks, presented some of the awards, as did Dawn Cragg MBE.
There wasn’t a student, guest, or member of staff that didn’t have a big smile on their faces.
I have to say a big THANKYOUto YCOB staff for making me feel welcome and part of the event.
A truly great occasion…….well done to the students and staff !!!
