What can I say……….The weather was appalling !! Not at all downhearted though. Weather is weather; I know I have no control over it so there is no point letting it spoil the day or the Pictures.
The rain came down sideways for the group photo’s at the church after the wedding. The rain was interspersed with really bright sunshine for a couple of minutes at a time, just enough to get a few pictures and retreat back into the church until the next break in the weather. It was a real challenge but great fun !
Flash was not allowed during the ceremony; this is pretty much the norm now so I did what I normally do, bang the ISO up, my Canon 5d Mk 3 handled it with ease.
We moved on to The Owl at Hambleton for the wedding breakfast and the large group photo’s. The weather improved; a really nice end to what was a lovely day.
I was again blessed with a really fun crowd, fantastic people and a stunning bride!!
