Kelly and Mark are a lovely couple, I did their pre-wedding shoot a few weeks ago; we had a great time and I was really looking forward to their wedding.
The wedding was at The Tower House Hotel in Halifax on Saturday 19th January; I was hoping for some reasonable weather but it was not to be!!
Freezing fog, snow and ice!!!
My philosophy is ‘What will be, will be, don’t let it spoil your day!’
If the weather is bad there isn’t a thing you can do about it !!
Fortunately the Hotel and staff are fantastic and because I know the venue so well I know there is always a contingency for bad weather. Just go indoors!
I managed to get a number of shots outside, mainly shots of the groom, the best man and the main group shot. Due to the very cold (freezing) weather we moved inside to finish the group shots and shots of Kelly & Mark.
All’s well that ends well!! All shots in the bag….Job done !!!
I really do love my job and enjoy every minute of it !!
Kelly/Mark I wish you the very best for the future…..Remember I photograph babies !!!!
